SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to select pin codes only. Delivery availability will be shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to weather, transport strikes, or unforeseen issues are not our responsibility.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping may be free above a minimum order value. Charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

4. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for:

• Damaged or leaking items 
• Incorrect products delivered 

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence via WhatsApp.

5. Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Replacements will be dispatched promptly based on product availability.
